Frequently asked questions

You hold shares in a tokenised thematic equity fund. Each share represents a pro-rata interest in the fund's underlying basket of tokenised shares. It is not a direct share holding, and it does not give you shareholder rights such as voting.

Subscription is done through standard regulated channels, such as bank transfer or funding a custody account. You can subscribe directly or through your advisor, wealth manager or family office acting on your behalf. No wallet, stablecoin or crypto knowledge is required.

The underlying index is reviewed quarterly for weight drift and semi-annually for constituent changes. We give notice before any change takes effect.The review dates are the third Friday of March, June, September and December, effective the following Monday.

The weights shown are launch targets. Every line is an identified ticker verified as available in tokenised form from an approved issuer, and the composition is confirmed at Index Committee sign-off.

The fee schedule is not finalised. We won't publish a rate until it is approved.

Redemptions are processed through standard fund channels, such as bank transfer or custody-account settlement. Timing, notice periods and any liquidity limits depend on the fund's terms and the underlying tokenised shares — see the Transparency & Security page for the exact rules.
